i like 2.5 better than 3, 39 vs. 33 per share... but still wondering about cash vs. stock... tlabs has deep pockets...

and 33 would be fine, too... 77% profit on a few weeks hold...

I say Tlab buys for for $39 a share cash.
My optimistic hope is $42 a share in stock swap.
