TAMPA, Fla., April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- John V. Whitman Jr., President/CEO
of Chronicle Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CRNC), announced that
Chronicle has exercised its rights under the Stock Exchange Agreement with
Florida Machine and Welding, Inc. for termination. "The ownership of Florida
Machine & Welding, Inc. could not be legally transferred to Chronicle at this
time. It was in the best interest of Chronicle Communications, Inc. to
terminate the Stock Exchange Agreement. We have the option to pursue other
methods of acquiring this company," Whitman stated.
In an unrelated transaction, Chronicle has terminated its letter of intent
to enter into a Stock Exchange Agreement with Seminole Scrap Corporation,
choosing to structure the acquisition as an asset purchase transaction
instead. No new agreement has been reached at this time.

VOLUME. What a difference a rumor can make. Dave indicated rumor is unsubstanciated but progress is being made on goals. You know gator, I really believe there are only a few people that actually comunicate directly with companies they invest in.
