jtech is right about LOAX. The company does only have 9 full time employees and has an inexperienced underwriter. The outside directors are middle management employees from Nortel and Cisco. If you have an allocation of some shares and this stock pops, flip them. Read the entire thread. There are better ISP opportunities out there.
