now that japan may be bottoming and dollar and US market weakening...its seems like this would be the best time for foreigners to repatriate funds from US

They seem to be doing a damn good job of it. And the poot premiums have gone out of sight, so I'm not adding any more now. Heck, even my poots where the stock has gone against me a bit is worth more than it was this morning. So people must be loading up the boat with poots which is not a good sign for us Kodiaks.
