With insiders controlling such a big stake that will roll into the new company, us small guys end up on the short end of the stick. With a stock price currently at $2 5/8ths there aren't too many Wall Street folk who feel this is a good position to be in. Hopefully they can wrap this mess up sooner rather than later.
