CRNC within days of completing acquisition of Frontline Consulting. Once they acquire Frontline, they will be announcing some major contracts (rumored to be in the 100 million + range) with the government of Venezuela. Read the 8K (on Edgar) and other details at their web site at chronicleinc.com. Frontline, along with two other acquisitions, are being acquired with $5 preferred restricted shares of stock (meaning the acquirees feel that the resulting stock will be worth at least $5. Has run up to over $3, then has been trickling down while the impatient exit. Very quiet right now, but acquisitions very close to completion. This is the time to be getting in, in my opinion. Gator
