Hire a private detective ; ^)! - or find a disgruntled employee(s) with that information. It's not unusual for some hanky panky to have occurred with the numbers - moving things in or out to suit the circumstances, but a gross direction of this sort of thing by upper management would be unusual and something that the fed as well as class action lawyers would like to see. Sorry, but I can't help on those specifics.
