Michael, you refused to answer my e-mailed questions below. You referred me to "your ''leader'' murphy". I am hoping that perhaps someone here can answer these questions of mine. If "your ''leader'' murphy" is a reader here and knows the answers, that would be great! As of today, May 16, 1999, are these parties still substantially "wronged" by DCI and/or DCI mgmt? Have the law suits been duly processed? Have depositions of DCI mgmt been taken? When are the approximate court dates? Have any of the law suits been dismissed or are they otherwise dormant?

Michael, as an investor I am very concerned by this release (below) These are very serious allegations. Please assure potential TVCP shareholders that your connection with this law suit will have no adverse effects on TVCP. My concern is that as our chairman you may be distracted by these actions. Further regarding the statement "Michael Zwebner...breached a settlement agreement entered into between DCI Telecommunications, Inc. and Zwebner on or about May 1, 1998, and that various statements made by Zwebner about DCI and Murphy over a course of months, continuing to the present time, are defamatory and part of a malicious campaign to harm both DCI and Murphy." Is this true? Is there a signed settlement agreement? And if so did you breach it? If so, why? If not, what will your do to refute the charges? Is this going to distract you from your duties here at TVCI? Why did you allow yourself to become embroiled in this action when your 1st duty is to TVCI shareholders? What will you be doing to assure TVCI shareholders that you will extricate yourself from this situation and devote your undivided interest to TVCI shareholder interests?
