<Let's not get too cocky;-) individual investors should be able to outperform, unless one is very unlucky or a complete idiot.> The thing is I'm not the one bringing up performance... it's the funds and the article that are saying "since X has outperformed than Y is true" etc... my point is that you can do well in biotechs... and more importantly I believe the risk here has been mitigated by the funds puking their stocks out to puff into the big caps... As for individuals outperforming pro's unless their idiots... where does that put the fund manager? DAK
