Sword,I'm just happy some are finally addressing the questions I have been harping on for many months.It's a pisser when it's cheaper to borrow money through a floorless convertible debenture,then borrow it from the CEO of the company..Although either source should be a huge red flag,IMO (especially, an officer of the company making loans for shares[look at ADGI--$50,000 in revenues and 230mm shares out]).good luck,DD
