Steve, the dip is desired for technical purposes, specifically, it would represent the 2nd shoulder in a head and shoulders formation (all the cheap stock has been shaken out at this point). A steep and sustained increase in share price typically follows.

From what I've read on TA, which isn't a whole lot, the H & S formation is suppose to be one of the most reliable technical indicators out there.

Well, I suppose a dip would present a buying opportunity too. I doubt we'll be seeing it a .37/share however. You can expect to see me buying on weakness.
