Another strike for the wonders of what "drugs" will do, no matter the age.

Check behind any of these types of incidents and you will see that every culprit was and had been on drugs. Prescription or not.

Does anyone have any theory why, after dropping 2 ¼ pts yesterday, we haven't gained back at least a point of it today? Right now we have regained virtually none of it.

Not worried...just baffled.

Unfortunately, there's always someone else to blame (the schools, the poverty, TV Violence, etc.) - what happened to being responsible for one's own actions.
