Consolidated Data's Virtual Banking to be Extremely
Cost Effective

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 1999-- Consolidated Data (OTC BB:CSDD - news), which recently acquired YourBank Online.com, Wednesday announced that its proprietary software will be the price leader in the financial industry. <thanks for lettin' us know>

It is Consolidated Data's intent to achieve a market dominance by offering the YourBank Online software suite via a combination of an in-house sales force and independent sales representatives.

YourBank Online's price to quality combined with ease of use and installation will allow for rapid market coverage and expansion.

Presently, a typical bank faces an average of 18 years to break even due to rising costs in real estate, construction, and employees. Conversely, the virtual bank is less costly to operate and is much more convenient and accessible to the customer which makes for long term retention.

With growth continuing at a record pace, as evidence by the president of NetBank (Nasdaq:NTBK - news) being interviewed (April 13) on CNBC television, banks that once set on Providential Branch Services on every street corner must now turn to virtual online sites or be forced into extinction.

Marble floors and leather furniture will be replaced by Internet terminals and set top boxes. Stoic faces will be replaced by fully customizable screens that are not only color detectable but changeable at the click of a mouse. The loan committee's decision will
be made in less than 20 seconds with credit securing.

Customers use YourBank Online.com's fully customizeable frontend and interface which has the touch and feel of popular Microsoft's (Nasdaq:MSFT - news) Money or Quicken, but is quicker to access a subset of information collected and maintained separately from the bank's core systems. This virtually eliminates all risks of corruption or tampering with vital data. More importantly, YourBank Online.com uses U.S. grade incryption of 128 bit-key (SSL) designed by Netscape Corp. (Nasdaq:NSCP - news) for ultimate security.

YourBank Online.com utlizes a central ''data warehouse'' concept of providing functional interfaces to bank customers for a variety of financial management needs, i.e. bill paying, bill presentation, online application and approval, realtime stock quotes and
execution, along with the more traditional transactions, such as checking and savings.

Consolidated Data is determined to be at the forefront of the Internet technology revolution by being a leader and provider of E-commerce Solutions on a global basis. CSDD proudly offers YourBank Online.com as a dynamic browser-based software that uses the most advanced technology to deliver user-specific financial services and products via the Internet, intranets or Microsoft's WebTV.

Sad thing is that the software this company acquired looks pretty interesting (in terms of online checkbooks and the like). Wish some of these companies would take the low-road once in awhile and get their houses in order before linking their news releases to every cockamamie company out there (I count three links in this one - Netscape, Netbank and Microsoft)
