On Wednesday, April 21, 1999, COMPAQ COMPUTER CORPORATION will host a

Compaq's first quarter earnings report. Compaq Chairman Benjamin Rosen and board members
Frank Doyle and Ted Enloe, who jointly serve in the newly formed Office of the Chief Executive,
