Hi Ernie,

First; there were 8900 shares "traded" - not necessarily all buys. You would need a Level-II data service to observe a record of all of the transactions; to the best of my knowledge.

Your "offer" of 0.734375 (= 47/64ths) was just a 'skoshe' below the "ask" of 0.74.

The Market Makers may have chosen to ignore it - since there may not have been enough volume (..on sells..) to pull the "ask" down to your offering.

If you really want to buy that large a chunk of shares ("..good for you.."), and you plan on "holding them" for a while - you might get a better deal buying 144 shares directly from the company; at a lower price than todays market bid.

Contact Scooby-Do, and see if this is available now.

Beats paying retail..! :-)

John :-)

Hi Lord Ernie,
OT
Did you put in an order for all or none? If you did, your order would not be filled until there is enough shares available to fill your full order. Others will have their smaller trades filled while you wait for a larger block to become available. I never put in an "all or none" order just for that reason.
If my order is a partial fill and I get additional shares the same day, E*Trade only charges me one commission. If the order takes two or more days, I am charged a one commission on each day.
If I have a question regarding my trades, I always call the brokerage company to see what happened.
