Savant - It just happens that there is an IPO due soon that almost follows your scenario -- well, I'm fudging a little here. For about 16-17 years, there has been a Mexican restaurant chain here in San Diego that was started down in Baja. They make delicious fish tacos - with soft tortillas, cabbage, white sauce and salsa -- plus the fish, or course. The chain began as one little restaurant next to a gas station near Mission Bay, and has grown to about 20 or so restaurants in S.D. and Orange County. Recently they announced they were going to do an IPO. Anyone who has eaten their fish tacos would agree that the IPO will be popular. I'm sure it will be hard to get on the first day, too. I don't know when it will be available, but it will be interesting to watch. [Look for Rubio's IPO.] Betty
