I don't know about that. I don't think PE can go after INCY's usage of the machines, but could ultimately keep Amersham from making and selling them. Bet it takes years to make it happen though - the legal system just creeps along. By the time this gets decided, these machines will be obsolete anyways. I figure about two to three years for each generation of equipment and the MegaBases are approaching that three year point. Rman
