***** Off-OT *********

Bill Clinton is visiting Bibi Netanjahu and they are just having a private minute or two in Bibi's office and Clinton says :"Hey man, what's that blue telephone over there, Bibi" and Netanjahu says:"well, this is my direct line to God". And Clinton says, "No shit! Bibi, this is one hell of a GREAT idea"

and when he's back in Washington DC he orders his security staff to organize a blue telephone for him. Does not take 24 hours and Bill Clinton, president and CiC of US, is talking to God on direct line as well.

Now, the end of the month comes and with it the phone bill: 2 million dollars. Bill Clinton, all incensed, calls Netanjahu: "Bibi, remember the blue phone idea I got from you? You wont believe it, but I got a phone bill for 2 <blank>ing Million dollars"

Bibi: "well, Bill, er... you know, my calls are all LOCAL"

#--- if this joke is praehistorical by US standards, then at least my US comrades, you can realize how slow some types of information propagate. And Kosovo is killing me gently. Finally Albania found its vocation, its monopolic position: help-the-refugees ("Im c-c-ccold").

BTW the biggest booze-cum-girls dump in Tirana (two-story! building) is owned by a former defence minister - you gotta start somewhere on the ladder. But, dont stop climbing!
