Bill Clinton, all incensed, calls Netanjahu: "Bibi,remember the blue phone idea I got from you? You wont believe it, but I got a phone bill for 2 <blank>ing Million dollars" Bibi: "well, Bill, er... you know, my calls are all LOCAL" DJ #--- if this joke is praehistorical by US standards,then at least my US comrades, you can realize how slow** some types of information propagate. And Kosovo is killing me gently. Finally Albania found its vocation, its monopolic position: help-the-refugees ("Im c-c-ccold"). BTW the biggest booze-cum-girls dump in Tirana (two-story! building) is owned by a former defence minister - you gotta start somewhere on the ladder. But, dont stop climbing!
