Bill Matthews also has the benefit of being an old timer. Means he has some experience and knows what a value stock is. He also does detailed research. I catch him on UHF TV in Chicago every week and heard him speak of ASPT for the first time a week or two ago. Don't get me wrong, he's had his share of dogs like everyone else. But he also happens to be an honest guy who isn't pushing only what he gets paid to push. Personally I would like to see more insider buying at these levels. One director buying a ton of shares is encouraging, but not what I look for. All that said ASPT could have one heckuva bounce from these depressed levels even with no more insider activity.
