e-c-man...

To the extent I have any notoriety at all, I am notorious as a bad short-term tea-reader or even a short-term historian.

I think the Sarnoff thing had some embedded mis-steps. Like, some folks got excited with the appearance of NASDAQ next to the WAVX symbol. Then, that had to get pulled. We got a little bit of a morning pop. Then, well, not much happened. And we've been slip-sliding ever since.

There aren't many investor folks, IMHO, who are absolutely clear on what placing a bet on DTV means... whether it's WAVX placing the bet along with Sarnoff & Fantastic or somebody else placing the bet. The world isn't focused on DTV. It's a coming thing, but it ain't here in a big way.

Plus, those who had done their research, which clearly I hadn't, already knew of our Fantastic tie. This latest entity, though portending much, is a little hard to get your arms around at this stage. Generally speaking, when expectations are high, it isn't good when folks are confused by what goodies COULD come of some business arrangement.

For me, I'm waiting around for tangible proof of deployment. Whether its HAUP or an OEM or who knows. A supply chain is a wonderful thing.
I know a little bit about supply chains, by the way. But, you gotta have supplies or it's just a chain.

That said, I believe the proof is coming. I believe the alliances will bear fruit. I love the fact that such a respected name as Sarnoff is on board... and, in essence, upping its ante... going very public with its commitment to us. I mean, Sarnoff, too, has a flair for staging things. Here's one of the biggest stages they occupy each year as an honored guest, NAB. And what/who do they choose to open this important week with... us, that's who. Speaks volumes, really.

In the meantime, sadly, some of RB's stalwarts are getting distracted and feeding on each other. And a low kind of critter has slithered over there with silly, mean-spirited questions and baseless allegations. I know this kind of critter all too well. And they know the sound of my Sharps.

Sorry to ramble, but that's my curse... Best Regards,

c m

ecommerceman, that is an easy question.

Credibility with the street is spelled:

L-I-S-T-E-D

Everything is suspect until we see Wave Systems(WAVX-NASDAQ).
