NW... I'm not certain when CPQ usually holds its CC. Anyway, if I were Rosen and I had any thought that the earnings might be short of .15, thereby causing a possible collapse of the stock price at the open, I sure would hold the CC BEFORE the market opens instead of 10am, to explain and to offer any positive news/comments that I might have up my sleeve. El

OK I want to correct myself on this post. I recall reading in an article that Mason advised Board he was leaving last month. I have now received word from an excellant source that this is untrue.

I like to keep the facts correct. Sorry about the post.
