Bud: Here in Atlanta, Comcast is advertising the hell out of ATHM on CNBC. I hear national advertisements are coming soon (directly from ATHM).

I don't agree with the technical analysis set forth in the first paragraph of your post, particularly with regard to "Strong resistance at $118-$125." We blew past that, so the resistance was not as strong as you thought. Maybe your have your terms confused. On the upside, there is resistance...on the downside, there is support. Did you mean "support" when you wrote "Next 'resistance' on the downside is $100."??

In any event, I simply do not think this stock is subject to strict technical analysis. Yes, we can expect to back and fill. And yes we can expect to fill some gaps. The ATHM chart can look great, but if the internet sector takes a hit, we will too.

I don't think we'll be churning 115-130 too long. This stock just came down from 198. Hopefully none of us bought in then, but even if you did, price targets range from 220-250. This stocks going to trade along side all the internets until some great company specific news comes out. I think there will be some news before the next quarter and this will send athm back to 190+. I traded this stock for a while, but now is the time to pick up some more and hold.

Good luck - hope everyone made it through this downturn O.K.
