Well, you guys certainly seem to have taken a dislike to each other. I probably ought to just stay out of it. You and I haven't had any problems, anyway, other than yanking each other's chains a little, at least from my perspective.

I understand your feelings, and Edwarda's, about Mike Burke personally, but I dot think that his thread has alerted many people to the fundamental instability of the high end of today's market that might otherwise have been caught up in bull frenzy. While the means might be questionable - only very mildly so, compared to some of the bull-hype tactics - the end is desirable.

I was neither surprised nor much upset by what happened yesterday. A marked drop in the Internuts and the high end of the tech spectrum, without an overall market dive, would be one of the saner things that could happen to today's market, IMO, and I wouldn't mind seeing it repeated a few times.

Of course I don't own AOL, YHOO, AMZN, DELL, etc....
