Been in this a while myself. I don't see where this spin off is helping the current shareholders. subsidiary and Maxwell getting the cake. Further dilution by making the new company public. Why spin off a new subsidiary? More shares issued, more money coming in from issuance! I have ben in a couple of these "spin offs" and have never benefited. Call me gunshy if you wish. I have seen this puppy put out too many releases without anything happening. We have 3 products on the market, the rest will be other brands. Where in the release does it say current shareholders will benefit? Lots of new names, let's see when the pump and dump, good guy, bad guy routine starts. Terry
