Just a question, but doesn't the 35 cents include the sale of investments, as they promised they would do to make up the shortfall for the $400 mil rev deferral ... As such, they just made up the earnings shortfall by selling what was required. This sale wouldn't usually be included in operating earnings ... so I can see why the stock is trading down in afterhours. I guess more deatils will follow

"not a lot to worry about"

fiscal 99, 00 and 01 estimates will soon be raised in my opinion. i don't see a y2k problem for the reasons you stated. will hold onto dell, sunw and msft. orcl and ifmx could be sleepers. do you still own orcl?

regards
