But do you really like LCOS here? It didn't recover
today. Agree that it may be oversold here as I might
expect it to float in the 70 - 110 range before the
USAI deals goes through. But the deal still is hanging
over this one until July(?), making it somewhat unpredictable
as that gets shaken out. Short term hold? long term?

Cetainly when/if the deal goes through the USAI, LCOS, TMCS, may well
be the future: entertainment, internet, etc. etc. Seems like it is already being copied. But right now, the LCOS holders don't seem
that crazy about Diller at USAI.
