Hello HWPers. Sorry to pollute your fine thread with the likes of this but you know, due diligence and all. Can anyone think of any rationale whatsoever for the following buyout claim? NSIT is Insight, the mail-order PC parts company in Arizona. Insight is a heavy HP reseller but beyond that I can't see why there would be any interest. I already have taken a position on this but want to rule out any possibilities. &nbsp; :-)

How would this smart-card component supplier have a significant impact on HP? HP neither manufactures nor sells smart cards, just the facilities and equipment for processing card-based transactions.
