Wayne, I look for what I call the Viagra formation on the technical chart. Climax usually follows soon after. CNBC calls it the hockey stick formation. The lower the quality of the company, the steeper, quicker and more assured the selloff.

BTW, I'm not kidding.

I think you do have an edge limiting yourself to these issues -- someone will disagree with me I am sure. It has just been my experience.

But it is not uncommon for stocks to do this parbolic rise and pull-back several times. The internet brokers have had at least two very tradeable instances of this.
