Paul, you said..."Clearly, the new product designs DID NOT WORK." You do NOT know this. It is rank speculation. "From october 1998 to April 1999 with no new products, there can be no other conclusion - assuming of course that the process works." There have been many new "Products" introduced by NSM since October as documented on this thread(patents, too), thank-you. This could be misleading. Try not to mislead people- by being more careful with your words.
