In my neighborhood here in Colorado there are somewhere upwards of 25 dead children laying in the library, cafeteria, hallways etc. of our local high school, but hey the economy is still doing ok, right. Just one of those things that happens. Let's not bug the kids about principle or morals or anything.

Johannes--- I had difficulty making the point that the testimony was not ruled immaterial, and that he had been directed to answer, myself. The materiality exception is supposed to cover untruthful testimony that had no bearing on the case, such as lying about one's occupation, but being truthful about what one witnessed.
