Rock, the change of date is in one of the filings i will have to locate it. Talked with Jack at Stategic Capital whom is working with TPEG to get this thing going said that they would get a clarification out on a press release. There is supposedly one that will be out tomorrow re: website and soforth, and possibly more in the coming days and will get this into one of these, but here is the info from and SI posting and Confirmed by Strategic Shareholder's meeting TPEG's annual meeting is on May 26 ,1999 at 10:00 A.M.
