I made my first trade with Schwab today. Transferred some money in and traded using a broker. (Don't have trading password yet, so couldn't use the web.) I explained this and received the web commish rate (less of a percentage than the phone rate). Service is excellent so far, they appear to really want to please the customer. Can't wait until I sell the stocks in my Investorline and E-trade accounts and move everything to Schwab. Cheers, Rob PS. Just a happy customer, no affiliation, blah, blah, blah...
