No one has to trust me with anything.

None of this will be under the direction of me. It will however be under the direction of one of these firms. You might want to check them out.

It's really all for the shareholders and I'm not accusing anyone of anything except egregiously bad judgement in grabbing all that compensation this last year in the face of such dismal performance and staggering losses.

And one more named Millberg Weiss that was given to me during a call to White & Case. I'll have the web address for them tomorrow.

So far if we stay with the NY offices we'll probably be in the billing range of $300 per hour to review doc's, trading patterns and make recommendations. Then we separate the men from the boys. If we have a case it may then go to contingency. I personally hope it's resolved long before then.

For all that happen to care, we had a PR today. The activity on this thread by certain members did well in keeping the impact under control. Your mission was served.

We announced a contract with the community and portal website, NetTaxi, today. It is a very big happening in the progressive life of My Card Co. The ability of the public to get to and generate interest in the Card products has just gone world wide on one of the top 40 web sites. They only get approx 2.7 million hits a day. Does anyone feel some of them will want to look at TSIG's Card products? Recon there will be any takers? YOU BET THERE WILL BE!!!

Oh, did anyone happen to notice "EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE-LABEL AGREEMENT"??
CDNW and AMZN apparently are going to lose their listing status on NetTaxi. 2.7 million pairs of eyes will not have the privilege of seeing them EVERY day. They get to see the MyMusicCard Co as the only and best offering.

Notice the comment of Rositano, CEO of Nettaxi, when he said his strategy is to PARTNER with companies that....? Notice the comment of Gordon, CEO of TSIG.com, when he said that the PARTNERSHIP with NTXY allows us to tap into the ONLINE COMMUNITY PHENOMENON and BUILD our customer base? Sounds like a synergistic relationship.

Did it register further when the after news of Marty stated the results of a conversation with Gordon? The MyNettaxiMusicCard site will be constructed. Approximately June 1st there is going to be a newly altered boy in town. The sole source of music, DVD's, etc. will be displayed on Nettaxi by none other than MyMusicCard Co. All semblance of competition will be gone.

TSIG.com has just tremendously expanded it's internet presence and don't forget the internet is GLOBAL.

Stand by folks, there is a LOT more to come from TSIG.com.

As always, my opinion

Bob
