After Hours Trading : Microsoft (MSFT) still trading lower on Instinet at 82 1/8, down 1 from the close. Amgen (AMGN) is another loser, trading off 5 1/2 to 63 1/2 and Siebel Systems (SEBL) is down 1/2 to 34 7/8. QUALCOMM (QCOM) trading up 14 3/8 after its blow-out report, and Broadcom (BRCM) is also doing well in after hours, up 4 1/8 to 68 1/2.....
