IBM is not a PC company, it is a diversified Information Technology company. PC revenues amount to around 15% of revenues (don't hold me to the exact %), contribute even less to earnings/(loss). Even though IBM will show improvement in Qtr to Qtr Client performance, I believe they would be well served to get out of this increasingly competitive, low margin business. Their strength is not in consumer electronics, which this commodity market is becoming. Perhaps expanding the alliance with Dell may serve both well. JMHO.
