my dad (age 62) shed his "financial planner" & now trades on
the net. i too am finding that the unlikliest co-
workers are doing the same. a secretary asked me the
other day how to convert german marks to $s...turns
out she was watching some stock on the german market
for glimpse of what it would do at open.

more and more profits are to be made in fewer
stocks...i don't need m lynch to tell me to buy
msft, neither do others.

so bullish on this industry

aside from amtd what do you recommend?...with recent
price runups i am leary to jump in. any suggestions--
otherwise i buy more amtd

and the best part about it is practically all on-line trading will be done with the likes of amtd egrp jboh, etc... now, the regular joe america can come home from work and get on-line to his account and buy or sell his stocks easily, and at a convenient time. i say that this sector will benefit more than any. i just got extremely bullish on amtd. if they announce a split, this thing could challenge it's recently new highs very soon. wow, what an exciting time to own this stock...
