Thanks again.

It is difficult and improper to say how many companies are interested in general. For insider reasons and for lack of accuracy: as large customers? as strategic partners to build systems? as strategic partners to build semiconductor application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) chips? as investors?

There are companies in all categories. I cannot give figures in this chat room.

It is my belief that W-OFDM to communications is like a fuel cell or the internal combustion engine are to the automotive industry. It is currently the proposed standard for the IEEE802.11a wireless LAN, the ETSI BRAN (Europe) HiperLAN II, and the HomeRF MM. It is already the standard in digital video broadcasting - terrestrial in Europe. As you already know, our patents are US and Canadian patents. All these standards and proposed standards are for high speed. Over time and as its cost is reduced, it could appear in many devices down to the garage door opener. Also, OFDM uses a sophisticated mathematical transform in the receiver which could make the receiver very versatile.

The significant change W-OFDM would introduce in the short term is to the high speed applications: it makes them possible.

W-OFDM is very close to target. We had announced that we will be shipping in May or June and we plan to hold to that schedule.

We are selling to some ISPs (on the big side, Tele2 is one in a way; RSL as well). The new enhancements to the product make it more suitable for ISPs. Our target in the past has been the education networks and we are growing that business steadily.

Tele2(UK) is ramping up over time. I cannot be more specific.

Thank you again.
