I talked to IR today and asked the question, ( I should have been a journalist), Was this land that another firm / group had an option on or was this additional acreage that NWI had the right to first refusal. I was told that NWI had negotiated the right to first refusal on this property and was now exercising their option. I then commented that if NWI was going to throw money around in a reckless fashion to aim some my way. IR told me 1) get in line and 2) this was not reckless because everyone at NWI was quite pleased with the geology. Being a hardnose type of guy I said that I wanted to speak with Doug to confirm this. IR said,"go ahead" to which I replied"I will". When I called HO DH was out at a meeting in TO so I called IR (different address to NWI HO) to speak with Cathy. I was told she too was away from her office and would be back, coincidentally at the same time as DH, who works in a different office and has a different secretary, or one that is extremely rubbery like Gumby in order to cover the distance involved, according to the women at the other end. Now remember NWI is in Etobicoke but I was told he ahd to go downtown to a meeting. Also keep in mind that in TO right now we have a transit strike so going downtown is a real PITA. IR downtown, President of NWI downtown, coincidence maybe, assay results and investor meetings maybe. I will let the detectives out there sort this out. I only report the news.
