LG

To all no one should and make investment decisions based solely on that advice, expectation or prediction

I agree with your post completely, but frankly don't understand why you choose to respond to my post with those comments. I would hope that all of us on this thread, or any other, comes to the table with a firm understanding that their investment decisions should be their own. My posts on this thread are my own. And they reflect my views of the markets. Which I believe is true for most of us on this thread.

Many folks believing in a new "bull leg up" was in the making may have bought into to stocks over the last couple of weeks, or even over the last few days. Anyone that bought into this logic and bought any of the leading stocks listed below over the past few weeks, or even over the last few days has found little if any profits even after today's rebound

You are right. Which means that anyone that's RECENTLY turned bullish who may have been waiting for the internals of the markets to improve or for a more definitive sign to go bullish would most likely have experienced the most pain the past couple of days. However, those of us that have indicated that longer term prices were positive when the DOW was at 9000, when many were calling for a BK, have been able to withstand the overall gyrations of the past couple of weeks with profits intact. Remember the DOW has advanced 1000 pts in two weeks. So your statement is partially true because of the stocks you choose to highlight, however they do not reflect the complete picture of things. Besides, because the market is advancing does not or should not mean that you should move blindly into any stock without a clear technical read for that particular company. Each stock has it's own story to tell.

So if I ran in the wrong direction with your post let me apologize in advance. However, it did sound much like a lecture.

Regards

SO

LG: There has been various insinuations in this thread that bullish talk may be causing careless bull into buying into a bull trap. Let me disagree with you in a friendly manner.

For one thing bulls and bears alike do their buying based on their analysis that the timing is optimum when they buy a stock. This applies to anyone who is trading stocks, either long, intermediate or short term. If I am s long term player, I would certainly not take an intraday players advise to enter my positions. It would not make sense, would it?

If I were to buy a stock to hold for intermediate term play, would I have bought in five days ago? My answer is no.

Could I have bought 2 weeks ago? The answer is yes.
Would In hold this position until today? My answer to you is: Do you think I am crazy?

What would a long term player entry point be in this case? The answer is March 23.
Would a long term player buy a week ago? The answer is not on your live.

Now let me turn around those questions, and ask you this:

Would a bear short the market on March 23 and hold it till today?

I think those insinuations are very unfair. Please give these words some thought.

Regards,

Jaime

LG; I was so impressed with Donald's article on the MDA page
that I had to do one ..but I need a little help..
It's 148 lines long, written in html..has a 5k music file, and
four simple 5k gif charts , ( I can kill the music part )
Now I had to steal the charts off the server so they would
stay the same as I'm trying to use them to explain a strategy,.
The Crossed Sword chart is neat.
However they need to be put in the same directory as the
Crsdswrd.htm file to come up unless you want to change the
code.
1 is that too big,
2 can you get attachments at your e-mail
3 Should I send the whole HTML as an attachment along
with the 4 gifs and ( 1 music file; I can drop it and take
out the lines if it's over kill ? )
The gifs are needed to explain the deal.
