???????? Now where have I threatened you? V$gas, you're a pretty savvy guy, at least as far as I can see from your postings here. Do you really believe so blindly that getting a square deal in the accounting of and the return of *unearned* shares to the corporate treasury will hurt the stock? I'll tell you what it will do; It'll immediately make your shares worth more. And you threaten to drive the price down? If the company, or RG also had the presence of mind to persuade J Hwang to become COO or CEO, where do you believe that the share price would go? What kind of *partners* would be motivated to be clients if they personally knew the man truly in charge? Think about those things a bit. Take your time, this isn't a test. SC
