Brian, I know the history of what happened. I also know many forms of P&D's, but a pump and dump usually is to benefit certain individuals, not fund, in this case a new album, but I might be wrong.

Dinosaur - oh I know all about that too, didn't I post the Jurassic Park logo link?

Like I said before, it had all the makings of a typical promo. Hire TTF, then BizFn, aheadofthestreet, emails, news releases, etc. But it still appears that TTF has a good whack of his shares, so where's the big benefit to him of a P&D?

What I am looking for are the mechanics of how a P&D would fund a new album. Promo's are often, in fact very commonly, done to move up a stock price so that financing is easier to obtain. Was financing obtained?
