Zeev: You posit: we are relying on production to start yesterday and ramp to 20 shifts per week, but you know we will not get paid by Sabin for at least three months, so what will it cost to run the next 360 shifts before we get a penny and who will foot that bill? Something does no (sic) jive...

Zeev, It is my understanding that we have an agreement or contract with Sabin which calls for a 30 day receipt of "goodies" to payment for-same-scenario. Assuming they pay every other week, we'll only need to finance one two-week pay period before we receive a check from Sabin. Then again, if this is not correct, or Sabin is slow to pay, we'll owe for 2 pay periods. Assuming 4 or 5 people per shift, this is not much money, even for GPGI.

Zeev, I think the whistle is blowing for the last time and we're about ready to head for the open track. Get on board or miss the ride of your life, IMHO of course.

Regards,

Jeff

Zeev 'n Bob (Bob, please see question below)

Hm,m,m. Very Good Questions Zeev.

I recognize the 6-8 week payment problem, but they have to be living on something in between. Does anyone know what ever happened to all the goodies - some 72-76 bars - that was supposed to have been processed by the company Aluric (?) or something like that - and transmuted into greenbacks? As I recall this metal was returned to GPGI. Did they refine it themselves?? Granted I have no idea what the value of these bars - or their processing costs - equate to, but am trying to find funding sources to answer your very appropriate queries. Are they still living off the 'SLUSH-FUND-ALA-MIKE-McKAY-Et-FRIENDS/FAMILY???

RE: The actual process involved to go from desert dirt to PGMS...and exactly which desert do these dirts come from - Hassy, W.Creek, O.Grande - well these ones are also unknown to me. As I understand additonal tanks (2nd hand)are not very expensive to purchase, furnaces are another question though...and what about the closed-circut concept, do we still operate at zero discharge? If we increase production, we will also have to seek appropriate enviro-permits, these also take time...Can this occur within the May 31 time frame?

RE: Operating 20 shifts/week requires not only cash but personnel. After Mike fired the bad apples, who is left? Are these guys like cannon- fodder and easy to find - and dispose of - or is Dick gonna be shovelling gravel into the ball mill (VBG)

RE: THE SMOKE AND MIRRORS!!! Can I subtly suggest that 'Zeev...,Phone Home, er GPGI' I realize its not your responsibility to do so, but you have asked questions that I did not contemplate, nor could I appropriately discuss with Management. These queries are excellent and appropriate, and answers to them will lend credibility to our company...or bring it down around our ears. Zeev, If not yourself, is our spokes-person Bob Walsh still around? Bob are these questions something that you feel you can ask...?
