This smells very bad and I question the integrity of the judge who approved the bankruptcy. That judge should be held accountable too. It looks like he didn't do an effective job protecting the interests of the public. What a fucking joke that CAWS could no longer refinance their existing debt or find a strategic partner while numerous other internet stocks shoot to moon with no earnings. The promoters just turned a deaf ear, shut down the PR machine, and waited for the collapse. Meanwhile, the shrewd opportunists (friend of promoters) bought the bonds. We were fleeced Wall Street style. Suckered in by the promoters and then robbed blind.

A valuable lesson to be learned. Don't play with the big boys!!
