Doug, my history is nearly 40 years in business. The salting/switch was either a perpetration or a naive situation. Either way, it will be very difficult to make this thing fly and future trys by these people will go nowhere financially, and I question their real ability. To be posting on a thread is one thing, but to run the business successfully is another.

What about the MAC contract. That irks me to no end. Imagine writing a contract that apparently cannot give you credit for the additional monies invested. How could this be business like? If MGR had a proper enforceable contract they would own more than 50 % and have that added leverage to make some kind of deal. Now, they mess around with less than control and appear to NOT be able to take their legal share. I question seriously this contract.

Well my friend, this is a write off. It will be a miracle if it rises from the ashes IMO.
