To all:
This is the most telling comment on this stock to date!! Hang on! No hype, no "news tomorrow" BS, just let them hear the potential. I don't know, but I imagine YHOO, EBAY, LCOS, etc. had equally volatile starts.

Given the volume that we've seen on this stock, I see that as a good thing. Think of what can happen once they do, inevitably, find out about it.

Suddenly, Silicon Valley is all about interactive TV!

Oracle, IBM, Sony, Sun, RNWK, AOL, Yahoo!, most of the big technology
providers now come up with a piece of technology, or another,
that targets the convergent future of the Internet and television.

If you read IBD, you already know that. Gemstar is featured in today's
issue. Gemstar trades at more than $100 a share, and cannot offer
half of the services ACTV can provide.
Please review the New America section of IBD. Gemstar revenues are
soaring.

So, what will make the difference? As explained during the conference
that took place this afternoon, the best technology, without concrete
applications, is worth nothing.
The winners will be the few who already own relationships with
the media we know today. ACTV owns such relationships,
with Liberty, TCI, Fox, @Home (through AT&T), and a few others.

Oracle, IBM, Sony, et al. are only pretenders.
Who will they work with? Who will give them a chance?
Why would anyone give Oracle a chance, when ACTV has acquired such
a lead in the making of the technology that targets media convergence?

Malone has a tremendous clout. TCI has a terrific reach. AT&T can
provide the best infrastructure. Fox Sports will lead the industry.
Rupert Murdoch and Ted Turner love to compete.
ACTV is ready to market.

The success of Gemstar, illustrated in IBD, is only the first sign
that clearly indicates that convergence is happening now.
Media companies around the world won't settle for anything, but a
proven technology, protected by a core of valuable patents.
This is exactly what ACTV can provide...today.

Gemstar and ACTV would get along well. TV Guide will have to deliver
or die.

Brief, quit exciting the greed of on-line traders, and others, who
would like to make a quick killing buying and shorting ACTV.
Do not set their expectations too high, because their disappointment
costs a lot more than their support.

Simply state the facts, seat back, and relax. ACTV is ready to grow
into a powerful company that will change the way the media industry
operates.
