Johannes, this ruling is not nothing! It makes the impeachment vote that much more credible, and the Senate vote that much more in need of explanation in the years to come...By the way, did you notice the stuff that Les and I posted about the Pew poll?

The concensus among lawyers in Arkansas as reported in the Nathinal Law Journal which I received today is that it is not very likely that Bubba will lose his license. Seems mere civil contempt and attempting to obstruct justice is not enough in Arkansas. The concensus is that conviction of some criminal act or criminal contempt would result in loss of his "ticket". There's always hope that Starr could charge him and convict him criminally but with the IC law being sunseted this year I doubt it. JLA
