No, not at this time. I am confident in my decision to be long on TSIG despite those concerns. I will deal with those concerns at a later time and date if need be. I continue my warning that you may very well be violating SEC law I believe by continuing to solicit shareholders. You need to file the requisite documents. So if you don't want to be reported for violating the laws, I would cease at this time until you get some clarification. Just trying to protect. While I am not a SEC attorney, I did spend a summer in a SEC firm and was thinking of doing what you seek to do with another stock that I was invested in.
