Bottom Line about the Warrents they entitle the holder to buy the stock around $7 20days(above$7) + 30days(waittime) which takes use into the July Period when the new system comes up. Basically, my contention is the stock price and interest in this issue will be so great by then, that the warrents adding to the float will be like yelling at a passing tornado. your call amigo... As a person who got screwed by the TDFX Warrent fallout last year, I'm just as weary of it as you, but you gotta figure these wizards gotta be paid somehow, so at least the timing will be ripe for the market to absorb these shares at the best uptic.
