this arena requires huge capital outlays to play on a north american-european level to me wrdp may need more capital to be at that level, if it wants to be there i like its acquisition of enertel in netherlands with voice minutes jumping to 139m from 56m may-dec 98...has 41 isps in its fold a mini-psinet in the making but as i said, i think it needs more capital to start making inroads across europe
