Bod; on BIGG & SJET; taking a look; let me know when you're ready on HTNZ; checking on SFLK situation; Francois Goelo probably has the 'scoop' on this one, you may want to send him a PM. I'm sure he'll be helpful.

In terms of the chart; yes; you're right, it looks like the stock has bottomed-out @ $2. It appears that the SEC issue concerned the sale of stock by an insider (I could be absolutely wrong on this problem, but this is what I've heard unofficially on the thread).

If you look at the chart, you'll see a very tight coil between $2 & 2.50; if this stock is trading on planet Earth, it appears ready to break-out to the upside; MAJOR CAUTION: overall trend is still to the downside until 'key-turnaround' takes place; usually there's one last final dip before the big surge upward.

Very interesting situation; between Francois and by calling the company, you should get a good feel for what's going on. Best of luck

SFLK: I have been buying in the $2.00 range, as I am expecting the release...

of a Full Company Audit, that should put to rest the SEC issue, the accounts for 1998 and some potential good business news that should take the stock to $5.00 and beyond.
